With the conversation over, he calls Du Pusa and spends a couple of minutes checking in before explaining why he's calling. He doesn't share it over the link, but mostly because they're talking in rapid Mandarin and he isn't sure if Kevin is fluent enough to catch all of it... and maybe a little bit because he wants to pre-warn Du Pusa what's going on, and get a read on how terrible a meeting might go before he subjects Kevin to her.
When he's done, however, he does call over the link.
"Du Pusa's going to make some calls and suggested we meet this afternoon?"
