Dick is a little confused when she doesn't respond verbally, but even if she hadn't nodded at his question it was still pretty obvious that the answer was yes, so he didn't worry too much about the lack of response right away. He steps a little closer, holding out a hand towards her to help her up.
"Well then, let's get you tressed again, yea? Can you stand? We should get you a towel or something... Did something happen?" he asks gently. Distressed women stumbling along with no clothes on certainly conjures up some unpleasant ideas about how she ended up in that state, and he's definitely ready to leap into action if it turns out something terrible has happened - as soon as he's made sure she's alright, of course.
